Job Title: Tooling Prototype & CNC Mill / EDM Specialist

Location: Oldsmar
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday

Position Summary:
The Tooling Prototype & CNC Mill / EDM Specialist supports the Toolroom and Manufacturing departments by creating fixtures, prototypes, and sample components for new or potential customer products. This role plays a key part in new product development and tooling support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with new product development, including samples, prototypes, and tooling

• Build and support weld fixtures, pin gauges, one-hit dimple dies, and other welding support tools

• Operate CNC mill, EDM, and other machines as required

• Support CNC projects by assisting with preparation and setup work

• Assist with additional tooling and manufacturing support projects as needed

Education and Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in new product development within a manufacturing environment preferred
