Job Title: Skilled Workers/General Laborers (Construction & Demolition)
Location: Statewide – Travel Across Florida

Pay:

• $17/hr for entry-level
• $21/hr for skilled workers
• + Per Diem for travel assignments when traveling over 50 miles away from home, this will include a travel allowance and per diem (food):· Either $30/per day for food, and we cover the lodging & payment to hotel OR

  · When you book your own lodging, you will receive $425/week, which includes hotel & food

Schedule: Hours are 7:00 AM to7:30 PM OR 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM 6 days a week, and Saturday is normally an 8-hour day.

Job Summary:

We’re hiring Skilled Workers and General Laborers to join our construction and demolition team. This is a physically demanding job that requires travel across Florida. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who are ready to work and meet all requirements listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in construction and demolition projects (residential, commercial, etc.)
• Operate hand and power tools
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Travel to various job sites across Florida (per diem provided)

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a drug test
• Must have a clean background (no felonies or recent criminal history)
• Able to travel anywhere in Florida as needed
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Previous construction or demolition experience preferred (required for $21/hr rate)
