Job Summary

The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on mill machines and other equipment throughout the facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with strong mechanical skills and at least 1 year of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mill machines and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working on machinery in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
• Familiarity with mill machines and mechanical systems.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and tools.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
