Job Title: Insurance Agent
Location: Clearwater, FL
Compensation:

• $21/hour for the first 3 months (training/probation period)
• $52,000/year + commissions after 3 months

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, licensed Insurance Agent to join our team in Clearwater. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients find the right coverage while providing outstanding customer service. This role offers a structured schedule, competitive base pay, and the opportunity to earn commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Sell auto, home, and other personal lines of insurance
• Provide quotes and explain policy options to clients
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims as needed
• Stay up to date on industry regulations and products

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Florida 220 or 20-44 insurance license
• Previous insurance sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.)
• Must pass a drug test and a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
