Job Title: Die Setter – Press Room

Location: Oldsmar, FL
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22 – $26 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our Press Room team. This is a specialized role responsible for setting stops on machine beds, changing dies, and adjusting machine components for both progressive and single-station setups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in progressive tooling and troubleshooting, with the ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and troubleshoot progressive punch press dies
• Perform timely, efficient set-ups with minimal supervision
• Operate punch press machines (Minster press experience is a plus)
• Support other production areas as needed, including the fence area
• Read and interpret blueprints, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or press room environment preferred
