Job Title: Concrete Finisher

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is a hands-on role requiring physical labor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete (such as floors, sidewalks, roads, or curbs) using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Apply curing compounds to protect the concrete surface.
• Set forms to hold concrete in place and monitor curing process.
• Patch voids and use chisels, rubbing bricks, and grinding tools to achieve the desired finish.
• Ensure work is performed according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to complete work on schedule.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a concrete finisher is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in concrete finishing.
• Must be dependable and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

  • Steel toe boots
  • Safety vest
