Job Title: Account Representative
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary:

The Account Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and orders related to our products and services, as well as handling and resolving complaints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide product and service information and process orders.
• Support the sales team by coordinating with Regional Sales Managers and Manufacturer Representatives.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes, providing accurate pricing and delivery estimates.
• Enter customer orders into the ERP system and collaborate with internal teams to manage deliveries and exceptions.
• Review and compare customer part requests with available product offerings for quoting accuracy.
• Analyze sales data to identify missed opportunities compared to potential sales.
• Monitor open orders and follow up with customers on order status and updates.
• Assist the Engineering and Sales teams with analysis and support tasks.
• Address customer complaints and issues, working toward timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or account representative role
• Experience in a manufacturing is a plus
