Job Title: QA/QC Technician

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $15.00 + $0.50/hour shift differential

Position Summary:
We are seeking a QA/QC Technician to join our team at a medical equipment manufacturing company in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inspections and quality checks on materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Accurately document and report inspection results.
• Identify, isolate, and document non-conforming materials.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and company quality procedures.
• Support internal audits and external inspections.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date quality records.
• Communicate findings and collaborate with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment (medical or regulated industry preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and quality tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
