Job Title: Aluminum Welder
Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: 07:00 am – 3:30 pm, or until 5:30 pm depending on production. Overtime is mandatory.
Pay: $19.50/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder to join our team. This position requires hands-on experience working with aluminum materials using TIG and/or MIG welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision TIG and/or MIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies
• Set up welding equipment based on job requirements and material specs
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy according to industry standards
• Maintain welding equipment and tools
• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience welding aluminum (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Proficiency in TIG and/or MIG welding techniques specific to aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong hand-eye coordination and steady hand for clean welds
• Knowledge of metal prep and post-weld finishing techniques
• Welding certification (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with fabrication processes
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• AWS or equivalent welding certifications
